How are providers verified?
Dentmores reviews provider registration details before a profile can appear publicly. Approval means the profile passed the platform review process; always use your own judgement when choosing care.
When do I pay for an appointment?
You request a service and time first. If the provider accepts, Dentmores gives you a one-hour window to pay the full listed fee through Pesapal.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation options depend on the current appointment status and timing. Open the appointment details to see the action available and any applicable refund information.
Can Dentmores dispatch emergency care from the web?
Yes. Start from Urgent help, choose the emergency type, and Dentmores searches nearby providers who can respond. You sign in to pay and track the request. For life-threatening symptoms, go to the nearest hospital or contact emergency services.
Does installing the web app make my records available offline?
No. Dentmores is online-first and never caches authenticated appointment, profile, API, or payment information for offline use.
